暑くて火を使いたくないので
It's been so hot in Okinawa that I hesitate to cook with fire.

簡単な一品。

So I made a simple dish for the summer.

ゴーヤー、オニオンスライス+ もずく酢＋白ごま

Cut Goya and Onion into thin slices
Mix them with Vinegared Mozuku seeweed
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top
